The letter said, "The school was started in 2005 and has neither procured the no-objection certificate ( NOC) from the state required for CBSE affiliation nor a provisional affiliation from the board." Madhur Bomb, parent of a student at the school, said, "Before admitting my child to the school I was told that the affiliation would come through by the beginning of the academic year.
